Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value.

Dispatch

Every piece is checked and packed by hand, and we dispatch your order within 3–5 days. You'll get an email with your tracking link when it ships. Made-to-order pieces take a little longer; we'll confirm the timing with you before we start.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas and busy festive weeks can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and can't be guaranteed.

Shipping charges

None. Shipping is free on every order, whatever you buy.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account to see your orders. If your tracking hasn't moved for a few days, email us and we'll check with the courier.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we'll email you to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at valoraabead@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with you. See our Refund policy for damaged items.
