Shipping & delivery

We pack each order with care and dispatch it within 3–5 days. When it ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas and festive weeks can take a little longer.

None. Shipping is free on every order, whatever you buy and wherever you are in India.

Use the link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account to see your orders. Tracking hasn’t moved in a few days? Write to us through our contact page and we’ll check with the courier.

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take it, we’ll get in touch to send it again.

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, write to us through our contact page with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll put it right.

For now, we only ship within India.
