Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Returning or swapping a piece
Want to return or exchange a piece for another reason? Write to us through our contact page before you send anything back, and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your order.
Cancelling an order
Changed your mind? Write to us through our contact page with your order number as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Refunds
If we agree a refund, it goes back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
